Don't feel pregnant :/

Anyone else just not feel pregnant? I'm 8 weeks. I had my first doctor appointment almost two weeks ago and saw the little heartbeat and am supposed to have another ultrasound on Wednesday (baby measured small from my LMP...I think I just ovulated late but doc wants to double check that it's growing). I can't help but be nervous because I honestly just don't feel pregnant. I had a lot of fatigue and sore breasts at around 6 weeks but both have somewhat dissipated... Everyone I've told I'm pregnant keeps asking me how I'm feeling and when I say that I feel perfectly fine, I feel like a freak of nature. First pregnancy here, no bleeding or cramping. Praying that it's not a missed miscarriage.
