Can my baby sleep in bouncer ??

My little one in a month old and he's got a terrible cold.(blocked stuffy nose) all last night he was struggling to breath and kept forgetting to breath threw his mouth! I noticed he's alot happier when he's able to sit up a we bit and last night I sat up all night holding him so he could breath ok. I am exhausted I'm just curious as if I could let him sleep in his bouncer ?? Are what I can let him sleep in which sits him up abit??
