Two early miscarriages

I have had two early miscarriages, one at 6 weeks and one at 5 weeks. I have requested testing from my doctors and they said they won’t look into it until after a 3rd miscarriage

Ofcourse I don’t want to have to go through another heartbreak of it all to get answers. Any advice on what I could do to prevent ? I’m wondering if I can start taking Baby aspirin daily or use progesterone cream maybe? I’m due to ovulate soon and I will try this cycle. Any help would be appreciated
