Something is wrong with my dog!!!

So I took my dog to the vet but they can’t seem to figure what’s going on with his skin! I’ve researched it and my conclusion are either skin bacteria or schnauzer bumps. Please has anyone very had this happen to their dog! Even anyone knows what’s going on with his please help!

Update I forgot to say he does have allergies but he gets a shot for them!
