Skin discoloration??

Please excuse my chapped lips 😬 I have a problem with picking them. After I became pregnant I started noticing this weird discoloration under my mouth. Anyone have any idea what it could be?? I’m also open to any information or tips on the rest of my face too (the redness, what it could be?). You won’t hurt my feelings. I use Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer if it matters.

It's normal to get like a mask from pregnancy if it doesnt clear up after birth go to a dermatologist

The redness reminds me of roscea or you could just have sensitive skin. I would use very gentle products and see if that helps with redness or see dermatologist.

It’s likely melasma which is the same as the mask that another poster mentioned. It can be hormonal and occur with pregnancy. I have it and have never been pregnant. I think if it occurs with pregnancy it’s supposed to clear up on its own but I’d mention it to your doctor next time you see them.
