Advice on getting pregnant

I’m 19 and so is my partner.

Today he told me he wants to try for a baby !! I’m so excited as I have wanted a kid for a while and he is finally ready!!!!

I have the bar (which I will obviously get taken out)

But how easy is it to get pregnant after having the bar?!?! (I’m 2 months in to having the bar, and it’s my second time on the bar so I have had 2 different bars in the past 3.5 years)

Also what are some tips on getting pregnant??

Basically I just want to know tips on getting pregnant and also if it’s harder to get pregnant after having the bar (implanon) or if it doesn’t change.
