Ladies I am so anxious

So over the past weekend I had 3 positive pregnancy test. I emailed my doctor on Monday and got my labs drawn they came back my hcg was 18. She said that that is positive and we will recheck in 48hr and that number should double. Well I just get my labs back and my levels did not double they are now at 25. The doctor has not yet talked to me. But what does this mean we have been trying for our rainbow baby for almost a year and half. I am so anxious. What do you guys think 🤔 I also took a digital test on Monday and it said not pregnant but today I took one and it said pregnant
