I need advice from someone who knows because google is no help.. I am not sure if my nipples are leaking or what is going on. I am currently 18 weeks & 1 day pregnant & sometimes I will feel a wet spot on only one of my nipples but I go to feel the shirt & it isn’t wet & my nipple doesn’t seem to be wet either. I’m so confused 🤦🏼‍♀️
