Boy issues

So this guy and I been talking lately.. he usually doesn’t text during the day because of work.. but the past day I haven’t heard from him.. he left me on read on snap and text and look at my snap story.. last night I texted him “I guess you been busy today I hope your day went well” he read it and didn’t respond... what do I do.. what does this mean?
