Y'all im at work, I'm AP, HR, receptionist I wear multiple hats whatever. Well I answer the phone this lady just starts talking about a refund. I ask for some different details she failed to mention, this B had the nerves to tell me "were you not just listening to me" ok sorry i dont know everything. So I tell this B "may I place you on hold for a just moment" so I can gather my thoughts. In this time I chatted with my returns dept. He has no clue of this. I picked up the line and directed her to him. long story short if she would of givin me the information we were looking for she would of been helped alot sooner. She didnt need the returns team she needed to be helped by our Financial team. She had credit card questions. because of her snarky remark of me not listening it bought me to tears. sorry i asked for additional questions so we can help you. o0o and she was as nice as can be to the returns team. 😖😭🤬 ... hormonal pregnancy issues.
