Help please
Okay I breast feed my son.... Saturday was our first "get away" since I had my son I forgot my pump at home and I was highly engorged so I bought a hand pump and pump 10 oz but had to throw it out due to no way to save it.... Since I pumped and was engorged I haven't been able to get any milk out neither has my son.... Is my milk gone or what????
