the shooter said he wanted to fire in the air towards his own shoulder but thw ground was slippery and he didnt have a good aim. He did not intend to shoot the child.
Shooters wife " i saw a black person at my door. I screamed at him and asked him what he was doing here. He tells me that he is going to school." (She also claims the child was opening the screen door)
