Hygiene Routine For That Time Of Month?

I’m in need of the proper hygiene routine for that time of month or just every day. I’m not doing something right.

Answer

I use baby wipes anytime I use the bathroom when I’m on my period. I also use pads (I don’t like tampons personally) and I change the pad anytime it’s too heavy or at least every 3 hours (which might be too much but I get grossed out).   I also shower every day regardless of what part of the cycle I’m in. I only use slightly soapy water in the front. It’s dangerous to put too much soap near the vagina area because it throws off your pH which can actually make you more susceptible to infections. I only put actually soap to clean my bum.  A healthy vagina is self cleaning.
