How can I tell if he's flirting with her? Advice?

Me and my boyfriend broke up for a week a while ago because he went out with a girl (as friends apparently) that I wasn't entirely secure on him being with alone, so I told him then he broke up with me saying I was to insecure. We've been back together for 6 months and fully for almost 2 years.

​He's invited her on one of our days out soon and I didn't really want to go but now I think it might be useful so I can see if I was right in thinkin he has a thing for her so I've decided not to cancel so I can do some research basically.

​I know a couple of things about flirting but I want to know all of the signs so I can assess weather there could be a thing between them or not.. I know it sounds crazy but I suppose I just can't get rid of this gut feeling.

​Any chance I can get some tips as to what to look out for?? This is the make or break of our relationship so I need to get it right.

If you feel uncomfortable with how they are acting towards each other they are probably flirting.
​I will say right now, if my husband ever hung out with a girl alone he would be in huge trouble. Even when we were dating we never hung out with the opposite sex alone, just out of respect for our relationship.

It is hard to explain, you will notice if there is something, you can feel it. But if he is doing this I think it is because he wants to show you that he doesn't care about her so if you see that she is being too close to him just play cool, never let a third person get on the way. Showing how much you wanna kill her (lol) will make your fb push you away. I even had to share the table with my DH's ex and it wasn't easy... Trust me...
