Cramps!!
Hey girls what are some home remedies for menstrual cramps that are really severe besides heat and over the counter medications? I have tried both and I even went to the doctor but they still haven’t called me back. It’s 2 AM here and I’m literally crying and can’t move very much please help!!!!
