confused

my Dr told me (MY) right Kidney was a lil dilated and not to worry about i.t that can come from the baby pushing on my bladder. I am 20 weeks as of today. I logged into my kaiser account and pulled up my on going health . it read FETAL ULTRASOUND MARKER WITH PYELECTASIS (ENLARGED KIDNEY DRAINAGE DUCT. so of course I googled it and it said fetus kidney nothing to do with mines. plus it's associated with Down Syndrome... my Dr never told me my son kidneys are at risk... i feel lied to.... idk what to do.
