False negative?

I am now 3 days late and 14 DPO but I took a First Response test and got a BFN. Is there such a thing as a false negative? My breasts are sore. I’m nauseated a lot and the other day I felt like I was going to pass out. I also have had some pain in my lower right abdomen.
