I think my almost 4 year old is too attached to me. It seems to just get worse as time goes on. She's always been very clingy. She will stay with other family members if I need a babysitter but there is usually a fight. She gets over it after I'm gone for 5 minutes though. She wants to constantly be with me over anyone else. She gets very emotional with everything that involves me. She freaks out if I'm out of her sight. She also has extreme attachment to her "lovey"/"security item". She will completely freak out if its out of her sight. It's always in her arms. She freaks out if it goes in the washer. She grabs it to just walk a few steps into the kitchen, etc..... I'm not sure if that's a healthy habit.
