I want to be able to have sex but I’m in highschool and my parents don’t even let me hang out with boys in public never mind at there house or mine. So I don’t know what to do because I’ve done it before but they find out. But I have no where to do it with someone.

Try to sit down with one of them and talk about your feelings like a mature adult. Dont get fussy if they still say no but let them know you are sexually active or will be. Start on bc whether its the pill, patch, shot, IUD or implant. Make sure you have condoms of all sizes and make sure you truly are ready. Know that birthcontrol is never 100% safe so you need a raincoat. There are female condoms so theres no excuse as to why there cant be one in use. 
Dont fall for the "it doesnt fit" if it doesnt fit it doesnt ship. 
Dont fall for blue balls tell him if youre not ready go to the bathroom. 
If your partner is female. There are femalexfemale condoms that should be used. STIs can still be transmitted female to female.

Please don’t “hang out with boys” as a way to have sex with “someone”.
When you have sex for the first time, it should be with someone you are comfortable with. I’m not saying don’t have sex in HS. I did. I lost my virginity at 15. But it sounds like you’re just looking for a way to have sex and that any contender will do. 
If there is no one close enough with you who is deserving of your openness, then don’t worry about this yet. This sounds like something to worry about when you have a true partner.

They dont want you to do it because you are still young. Sex has consequences such Pregnancy, stis, boys ruining yiur reputation. These are things someone your age is not prepared to deal with. Your parents are trying to protect you. When you are older and can be responsible then have all the sex you want. For now focus on school and your future.
