Too early???

Question

So I went in for an ultrasound to find out I’m having twins... but there was only the yolk sacs ..can it just had been too early they have me going back in two weeks...I’m currently 5 wks and 3 days

From what I’ve seen in prior posts, that may just be too early to see anything!

Yes I was five weeks when I got my first ultrasound and the couldn’t see anything so they scheduled me to come back in three weeks and there it was my baby was sitting in there and it’s little chest was just flickering with a heartbeat

I went in at 5 weeks and we saw nothing. Not even a sac. My doc said not too worry bc sometimes 5 weeks is too early. 
I’m going in on Monday to check again.
