Feed on demand. Even if you don’t think anything is coming out (it is) but the more you put babe on the breast the more it will signal your body to produce more.
Water water water! (This is the most important thing next to frequent latching)
Eat lots of good healthy foods, oatmeal is a great choice. I always notice my supply go up when I eat oatmeal. 
Hand express after you nurse or pump!! This has been huge for me because if baby isn’t totally draining your breast, it will signal your body you don’t need that milk. So hand expression afterwards is easy and incredibly helpful. YouTube hand expression and you’ll get an idea of how to do it.  
And don’t stress! Stress can cause you flow and letdowns to slow down which makes baby fussy and irritated at the breast.

I've been increasing my low supply with steel cut oats, a dark beer, moringa, goat's rue, and gatorade. I started with reglan to help. I'm going to try legendairy milks sunflower lecithin to help with flow. I get about an ounce per side when I pump. Sometimes more. I also started pumping longer and sometimes do a power pump. I've been able to offer more breast milk per day and put some away so I can continue to give at least one or 2 bags a day for as long as possible if my supply drops when I go back to work.

Drink lots and lots of water ! I produce so much more when I am well hydrated . Lactation cookies ( you can find recipe online ) brewers yeast .

Oatmeal with brewer's yeast and at least a gallon of water a day. I've also noticed an increase in the quality of my milk when I drink a glass or two of 2% milk a day.

You know sometimes you don’t really need supplements at all. Your body is very capable of making enough milk, unless there’s a medical condition that’s stopping it. But power pumping works like magic. Milk is supply and demand, feed your baby every 30 min to and hour if baby accepts boob. Frequent nursing alerts body to make more milk. The. Pump after feedings, at least for 10 min. Then drinks lots of water and have a healthy diet filled with iron. I know we not all the same, that some may need supplements. I thought I needed them, but saw I could do without them. Even made more milk without them. So power pump and nurse a lot, hope it helps
