So I started talking iron pills Oct 15th

My fertile window started on Oct 24th. I bd so far on the 25th! On the 23rd took a ovulation test it was negative. The 25th I took a ovulation test it was almost positive. TODAY! i took a ovulation test and OMFG it's extremely positive

I usually get a positive on the 27th and a extremely positive on the 28th. Is the iron pills doing this? Should I not bd every other day and just do it everyday? I need help. And last month my period came a day late and was kinda a light period.
