Here I am, up since 5:30 am. This is sleeping in, in past few days I was up at 3:30... is this a part of the training for what’s to come? 😂🤣

I am only 5 weeks and although I feel so bloody tired! I seem to struggle to sleep and when I do sleep I am waking up ridiculously early!!!

I can not sleep!!!  for the life of me the nausea and back pain are keeping me awake. Ugh

Nope! I work a day night rotation which usually makes it difficult to sleep but now it’s 10X worse! I’ve gone to work without any sleep some days. Unisom has helped a little. Hang in there!
