So I’m 38+1, and been told by the hospital today that they think I’m diabetic, and my baby is measuring drastically bigger, currently measuring at 43 weeks. Scan booked in for next week, with possible induction/section at the end of next week.

Completely chucked my idea of a water birth out the window as my BMI has gone sky high. I’ve never been weighed by my midwife and nothing has ever been mentioned about diabetes to me until today.

Feel so nervous for me and my baby, unsure about how the next week is going to pan out and cannot stop stressing or thinking about the worst.

Any advice would be fantastic.....
