i’m curious to know if i’ve been self harming.

Self harm can happen in many forms, and without even realising, neglecting yourself is a form of self harm, such as not looking after your self the way you should, but it all depends on circumstances as well! It’s not so clean cut if it’s self harm or not, what are you concerned about if you have self harmed? Always happy to listen (technically read) if you have any concerns and don’t feel like you can talk to anyone, definitely see your gp! They are there to help you and listen!
