What is this?

Little bumps and redness. Started on the cheek and has stretched behind the ear. They don't seem to bother her, I just wanna know what there are and how I could make them go away.

My son turned 1 month yesterday and has had that since birth it comes and goes in different spots on head and face....
Doctor told me it is baby acne and might get worse because it usually peaks between 2-4 months 
Nothing to be concerned about it goes away on its own
Ive been wishing his face with a wash cloth after feedings if he’s super messy.

if its baby acne, then my dr recommended applying some hydrocortisone with cera ve.. it really helped! it goes away in 2 days.. then u can   avoid using hydrocortisone..

My son has these too! Started on his face, and then went away. Now he’s got some on neck, shoulders and upper chest. I was freaked out at first, but read and was told it’s normal. Baby acne will go away. Like many said wash with washcloth and pat dry a few times a day.

Normal. My son has them at 1 week. They would disappear and reappear on new spots. They went away and occasionally on with pop up.

Looks like baby acne. My little one is getting it too. Just dont pick at it and keep the face clean.
