How reliable are clinical guard tests? Update

Question

Can someone tell me if this is an indent? Are there a lot of false faint line positives with clinical guard? I’ve been lightly cramping the past couple of days. We miscarried at 10 weeks in June and are not trying. If I’m being honest I’m very scared.
