i’m 36+4 and i just feel awful!! i have SPD but it’s not too severe. Currently i have the worst lower back pain, nothing is easing it?? i also have stomach cramps like i need to poo/have a dodgy tummy but nothing is coming out :( i don’t know what is going on but i’m just in so much pain!!

Same all day today my entire body has been in so much pain 😭 I think so many of us November mommas have reached the miserable part of our pregnancies. Ugh.

I have SPD as well seems to be getting worse by the day. I don’t know how to survive the next two weeks the pain is awful. 😭

Me too! I’ve been feeling like
Crap the last two days! Stomach is cramping and back kinda like period cramps and feeling a little sick to my stomach.... keep getting pains on and off in the middle of my back too! So over this already!
