Manual breast pump suggestions

Hi all! I'm 2 weeks postpartum and still getting the hang of breastfeeding. I'm trying to feed and then pump every 3 hours, but it's hard when we are out of the house or away from my Spectra pump.

I'm looking for suggestions for a good manual breast pump that I can take along in the diaper bag. Amy particularly good ones? Any tips for using the manual pump?
