also pregnant with twins. I think I have a UTI and a cold. I think this is the worst pregnancy I have had. I can't eat but babies need to eat. So I eat and feel like throwing it up. I'm 32 work full time and feel exhausted. Haven't been sick in two years. And can't take any meds. I'm a lost caused. Sorry for venting. 😕
