I'm mind boggled!!

Hello everyone!

I need help, opinions whatever! So first thing is that my period is late...my last menstrual period was on 09/09/18. I have taken several pregnancy test urine and blood and all have been negative, had an US done and supposedly nothing, but did see thickening of the walls. I have always been normal and always have had a period. Has anyone been thru this before. I am a mom of a 2yr old, but I just dont know!!help!
