Sleeping past alarm

Hey! I have a bad habit of sleeping through my alarm. Really bad. I have 3 different types of alarms: my phone which goes off twice within 10 minutes of eachother, my Alexa which goes off once with my phone the first time, and my brother comes in about 20-30 minutes after I should be awake to wake me up. However, I never wake up. 9/10 I don’t remember my alarm going off, or me turning it off. I don’t remember talking to my brother but he tells me that I do.

I have ADHD, so it makes me more prone to ignoring things that are repetitive. They kind of become “background” noise or even invincible to me. So I changed the sound of both my alarms. I STILL don’t get up!!

I can’t move my Alexa because that would be useless, my phone has to be near me because my mom calls me sometimes, and my brother has been trying to turn my lights on or wait a minute and try again.

Idk what’s wrong with me, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get up! I leave for school at 7:40, and am supposed to get up at 7. I always end up getting up at 7:30 and having 10 minutes!!! Ugh!

Does anyone have any solutions or similar experiences??? Please help!!
