My husband has low sperm and little to no mobility?

What can we do to boost his sperm count. I really don’t want to do IVF.... help

I don't know what advice to give you about that but, I just wanna give you some hope. My husband's dad had low sperm count and mobility. They went to fertility doctors and nothing helped. They got tired of the stress of appointments and nothing working. Then they got pregnant naturally twice! Good luck and don't give up.

Stop smoking stop drinking . Cut down caffeine to max 1 cup a day. Exercise 3-4 days a week, be a healthy BMI, stay hydrated , eat healthy with plenty of fruits and vegetables, remove trans fats and sugar, focus any supplements on zinc selenium vit c e and d, folic acid, and coq10. Can also take ashwagandha . Keep balls cool and loose, ejaculate every 5 days, decrease stress and get enough sleep. Reduce and eliminate toxic environmental exposures .
