oral herpes??? help ASAP please

my lips have a like a tingling feeling and when i rub my lips together it feels like there’s something on them almost. it’s been like this for the past like 2 days almost.

Maybe it’s an allergic reaction to a lip balm or something (if you use anything like that). If I use a lip moisturizer with spf (I’m pretty much allergic to spf), I get tons of tiny bumps on my lips and it’s really uncomfortable but they go away when I stop using whatever gave them that reaction. So maybe check what products your using and take a break from using it and see if it improves. Also could possibly be an allergic reaction to food but I’m not 100% sure on that.
