I hate Acne

Ive been breaking out so bad in this pregnancy (6th week). I usually use to smear ezithromycin benzol peroxide on my face during my period flares but now I’m cautious as to what I put on my face ever since I learned of my pregnancy. Today I feel like I fucked up and may have endangered my baby because I want clear skin. Out of desperation i put on the topical ezithromycin BZ. I feel so horrible now. Any feedback would be nice
