Rainbow lite vitamins for constipation
So I've been taking gummy pre natal vitamins for the past 4-5 weeks and have been so constipated lately. Haven't went in 4 or 5 days. I've tried miralax, prun juice, coffee, drinking tons of water. Nothing is helping. I've heard a lot of reviews that rainbow lite vitamins help with constipation.
Anyone here take these? Thoughts?
Wondering how long it will take to get back to normal!
