Dreams

Soo i had a dream about my little baby i go for first sono on monday so idk if its one or two and i never had such a hard feeling being my 4th pregnancy that the thought of twins could be a possiblity well for some reason iv had that feeling its twins in my dream i went in for a sono and saw two 8 week babys has anyone had this happen and it turn out to actually be twins on top of it my other pregnancys i could get a read on if it was a boy or girl this one i cant i have no feeling, my others i just had that feeling. Please input is nice
