Trying to conceive.

I used to be on birth control for a month and I stopped for a week and then I got pregnant, was for 7 weeks and had a miscarriage. It’s been almost 3 years and it’s gonna be my last week on the pill which is the week of my period. So I was hoping to see if this has worked for you guys? Because I’m hoping my second time it happens again.
