Are internet arguments/debates pointless?
Has an internet debate ever helped you change your mind on an issue? I’m not talking about everyone simply stating their opinion and moving on. I’m talking about and actual debate where two or more people go back and forth.
From my observations no one ever really changes. If anything it just makes people double down and hold to their opinions more strongly than ever.
