I had painful cramps yesterday. No bleeding, no discharge. Went to hospital, and they said it was contractions and gave me meds. Feeling better now but i was sent to rest in bed

Just feel so bad and guilty because ive been under a lot of stress lately, im finishing my thesis and past weeks were hell.
