Gestational Diabetes Anyone?

I failed my first GD test with level of 157. I did my three hour test yesterday but wont have results until Monday. 
Any tips or suggestions for those who have had it? I know I may not but still want to prepare myself.

I failed my first with a 159 and passed the three hour 4/4 draws. Same with my first pregnancy. There is hope!

I just got diagnosed after failing the three hour. Keeping track of sugars and writing down what I'm eating til I can get into the specialist. Lots of people fail the 1 hour and pass the three hour so don't get discouraged, even if you end up with the diagnosis, all you can do is what you can do to keep everything under control. I failed my 1 hour one so bad they didn't even need me to do the 3 hour.😒 So for now I'm diet controlled untill I get to the dietitian they will let me know if I can stay diet controlled or need meds or insulin..but it can take a month to get to the dietitian so by then I'll only have two months ish left till baby is Born
