Pickled ginger for nausea

I’m 9 weeks along and vacationing in Japan and the nausea has really set in. While out yesterday my husband and I had a bowl of soba noodles that came with a side of Japanese pickled ginger. I had two table spoons of the ginger because it was delicious and hoped it would appease my lingering all day nausea. Well it did and worked within minutes ! I now keep a bag in our hotel fridge and I live by it :) I plan on making it when we get home to the states too :) I hope this tip helps others :)
