When is the best time to announce that you are expecting?

Just some personal experience, there is no right or wrong way, however after suffering a miscarriage, sometimes it’s easier to grieve when you don’t have to be asked 1000 times how the baby is. I wait until I’m 12 weeks except for the ones I’m extremely close to. (Mother, Sister, bestfriend) because your still going to want support and comfort whether you miscarry or don’t.

I just found out today! Told my husband and my mom, but I’m not sure when I’ll tell my friends. Maybe after the 9 week ultrasound confirms

I’m gonna tell my parents and sister. My bf has already told his parents but we won’t make a public announcement until probably Christmas time

I don’t think that anyone can tell you what’s best for you and your little bean. I need my spouse, parents, best friends, and aunt during all my ups and downs. I need them to be there with me in the happiness, the fear, and in case we do have a loss. My husband and I usually wait to do large announcements until we’ve at least confirmed the pregnancy through ultrasound.

I’ve had two miscarriages this year and I found out I’m pregnant again yesterday. I’m only telling my closest family members ( and my boss and co-workers so they’ll know I won’t be lifting heavy things)...
