12dpo implantation

Has anyone had implantation at 12 dpo? I’ve been tracking opks and bbt for 4 months and my luteal phase is 13/14 days my period starts when I see spotting. Today at 12dpo my temp dropped further down to coverline and I’m having typical pms pelvic pains and lower back pain, and when I wipe it’s orange cm. Has anyone had implantation bleeding at 12dpo and ended up pregnant? 🤞 I’m hoping for the best but expecting It to be AF 😔
