Pregnancy and Endo?

So I have endometriosis, I’m currently miscarrying, it’s my first pregnancy. I’m really devastated, I didn’t think that it would happen to me. I was wondering if the Endo could have something to do with it. And I’d also like to know if this is or has happened to anyone else, and if so I need some happy endings with rainbow baby’s, I’m pretty worried this will happen again.

I have stage 4 endometriosis. I honestly didn't think we would be able to conceive and if we did it would take forever. Well I now have a 22 month old and we are trying for #2. I did have a miscarriage last month but it IS possible! ♥️

How far along are you? I have Endo and I miscarried with my first pregnancy around 6 weeks. I’m now 12 weeks and everything seems to be going great! Just keep trying hun!
