Feeling off

32 weeks 1 day and baby has not been moving hardly at all. I tried kick counts and nothing. I have felt her stretch twice today an that is it. I’ve had diarrhea for the past 3 days with cramps and back pain. I just feel really off! Anyone else dealing with this or should I call in to l&d? This is my 3rd baby everything is so different
