cramping?

i just found out i’m pregnant yesterday. but even before that and now, i’ve been getting cramping that lasts 20 seconds to a minute every now and then. On a scale from 1-10 it’s like a 5. I’ve also been super constipated so maybe that’s it. Any advice? Has this happened to any of you?

If you just found out baby might still be wriggling down deeper into your uterus lining, which hurts. 
Then the pain is due to your uterus beginning to expand. 
I had AF type cramps from implantation to 8 weeks with both of my pregnancies.
I get that it's scary but as long as their isn't bleeding accompanying it it's actually a good sign that your uterus is doing what it needs to!

I cramped up until 6 weeks. No bleeding, though, and only two incidents of a small amount of brown discharge.

P.s I didn’t have this with my first 8 years ago so that’s why it’s worried me

In having the same since Thursday more so of a evening / night or after Iv had a nap, no bleeding but at times the cramping is 5/6 level pain... sometimes feel like period is going to come... sometimes more of a dull ache... Iv had no bleeding ??? Iv worries myself completely.... but even before I tested Thursday with a positive I had these cramps at the cinema and I generally thought I was going to come period there and then lol. X

I accidentally voted that it's not normal but its totally normal. I cramped pretty bad consistently up to 6 weeks. Now it's just every once in a while, usually at night. It's from the baby burrowing in and then your uterus stretching/growing and ligament pain.
