Tww exercise or not?! 🤔

I normally work out 3-4 times a week, one class is weight based.

Tomorrow is the weight lifting class, I’m not sure I can take it easy in the class - I’m all or nothing kinda girl.

Should I go or not?

Am 7dpo.

The tww is messing with my head this month. I really think we’ve got a good chance. It’s my first month using opks and temping. And we timed bd well plus I’m really tender in my groin area.

Don’t want to negatively affect things!
