If you lose interest on a good guy soley based on him being shorter than you.....kinda shows how shallow you are imo. If you don't judge your friends for their height, then there's no reason for you to judge potential partners for it.

Absolutely. Why cut a great amazing person out of the pool just because of height? I can and have dated shorter than me (and I’m not tall). My husband also isn’t tall. He’s around my height.
