When should I let my baby sleep in the crib instead of her bassinet beside me?

Whenever you feel comfortable doing so. 
With our first we went straight to a crib.
With our second we are doing a bassinet until she is sleeping longer (6 hours or more) since they will be sharing a room until our remodel is finished and don’t want to wake up big brother.

That depends on you.
My first slept in a co sleeper next to my bed for about 4-5 months. He could get out of it by that time so we had to move him to a crib (once they can roll over they shouldn't be in a bassinet anymore). The crib was in our room though until he was almost 1. Then he got his own room

My first slept in my room until she was 3.5ish? We lost our house in hurricane Florence so she’s back in “my room” on a mattress on the floor because I’m grumpy when woken up so it’s much easier for me to be a good mama and meet her needs if I don’t actually have to get out of bed 😂 
This babe doesn’t even have a nursery so, he’s stuck with me until he has his own opinions (or his sister steals him away to her room, which she’s already informed me is on the agenda)

Since the crib was in a different room, we wait until baby is sleeping through the night (5-6 hour stretches). That way your not up going to the room multiple times a night.

We like to wait until 6 months or so but each baby is different. Our first went straight to the crib bc she would snort/fart/burp etc and keep us up. Second babe was in our room for 6 months plus bc she was a yummy sleeper due to reflux and I wanted to keep a closer eye on her.

With our first we moved him into his own room at 6 weeks then into his crib at 8 weeks. Probably do the same with this one.
